Who we are

Wardmark Property Operations LLC ("we," "us") is a home repair, trades coordination, and home concierge company serving Columbus and Southern Indiana. You can reach us at (812) 525-5489 or info@wardmark.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us, mainly through our forms and messages:

• Your name, phone number, email, and property address.
• Details about your home, project, or repair request — including photos and documents you upload (such as a quote, plan, or inspection response).
• Basic information your browser sends automatically when you visit the site.

How we use it

We use your information to give you an honest read on your project, prepare an estimate, schedule and complete work, and stay in touch about your request. We use it for those purposes and to improve our service — nothing else.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers we need to run our business (for example, our form provider and payment processor) and the trade partners assigned to your job. We ask those partners to protect your information and use it only to do the work.

Payments

Payments are handled by PayPal. We never see or store your full card or bank details — those go directly to the payment processor.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just contact us using the details above and we'll take care of it.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
